Jilpa Sheth
Founder
Jilpa Sheth is a senior business and project advisor with over all twenty-five years of experience working across infrastructure domains, regulatory environments, and SME ecosystems. She is representing India at international platforms including the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme and has engaged with global institutions on behalf of Indian industry.
As an IICA-certified Independent Director and an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 qualified professional, she brings a strong governance mindset supported by deep quality system knowledge. Her work focuses on identifying core issues, shaping practical direction, designing effective processes, and strengthening operational structures through disciplined implementation to address changing organisational requirements.
Through Karmanya, she provides hands-on leadership and customised advisory support that blends innovative perspective with structured delivery, helping organisations enhance compliance readiness, build resilient systems, and achieve sustainable business outcomes.
